Conditions

By-Law 2.1 of the Association's By-Laws provides that :

"Any person or company, approved for membership by the Board of Directors of the ACTQ and having an interest in one of the other following classifications and also conducting business with companies under Quebec's jurisdiction, can be eligible to become an associate member: manufacturers, advertising companies, publishers of telecommunications trade magazines and telecommunication directories, construction, engineering, advertising and accounting firms or any other company operating in a similar environment. Associate members must pay an annual membership but hold no powers on the Board of Directors."

Annual dues

By-Law 2.3 of the Association's By-Laws states that : "The annual fee of the associate member corresponds to a right to participate in the ACTQ's annual convention which is determined each year by the Board of Directors before the convention takes place." For the year 2009/2010, the annual fee is set at 150 $ plus taxes. Along with your right to participate in our convention, your membership also gives you the opportunity to have your company's coordinates printed in the ACTQ telephone book as well as on our web site. This data is updated each year at the end of November. Please let us know of any changes at sdesy@actq.qc.ca so we can update our file.

New - your company's log

It is now possible to have your company's logo displayed on our list of associate members next to your name as well as on your company's own page in our web site. All you have to do is to send us your logo by mail or by e-mail, along with your check (see On line form for details). If you need any additionnal information, please do not hesitate to call us.
